To give a firm quotation for restoration or a valuation it is necessary to see the musical box. The musical box must then be sent to the workshop for a full inspection. For overseas or distant clients a rough estimate can be given from a telephone description coupled with close up photographs.
Valuation, quotations and advice on the possibility of restoration will be given free of charge. Upon acceptance of the quotation an order confirmation will be issued and the restoration will commence. Carriage charges and insurance to and from the workshop are at the owners expense.
